SUBMISSION OF MEMORANDA ON ADP 2024-2025 AND FINANCE BILL (AMENDMENT), 2023

Bill (Amendment), 2023 have been tabled in the County Assembly and committed to the Committee on Finance and Economic Planning.
Pursuant to Article 196 (1) (b) and 220 (2) (a-c) of the Constitution of Kenya, read together with 87 of the County Governments Act, the Chairperson, Committee on Finance and Economic Planning invites members of the public to submit memoranda on Bungoma County Finance Bill (Amendment), 2023.

Written memoranda can be hand delivered to the Office of the County Assembly Clerk, County Assembly Building, Bungoma, or emailed to info@bungomaassembly.go.ke; to be received on or before Wednesday 4th of October, 2023 at 4:30 p.m.

Stakeholder’s engagement will be held on 6th of October, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in Paskari Nabwana Hall in the County Assembly, Administration Block.
