THE BUNGOMA COUNTY FINANCE BILL FY 2024
The Bungoma County Finance Bill 2024 has been tabled in the County Assembly and committed to the Committee on Finance and Economic Planning.
Pursuant to Article 196(1) (b) and 220(2) (a-c) of the Constitution of Kenya, read together with Section 87 of the County Governments Act, provides for Public participation and involvement in the legislative and other business of the Assembly and its Committees.
In compliance with the above laws, the Committee invites members of the public for public hearings in all Sub-Counties as per the schedule below:

2. SUBMISSION OF MEMORANDA ON THE BUNGOMA COUNTY WATER POLICY.
The general public is notified that the above policy has been tabled in the County Assembly and tabled to the Committee on Tourism, Environment, Water and Natural Resources. Members of the public can download the policy from the County Assembly website www.bungomaassembly.go.ke and submit memoranda to the Clerk of the County Assembly using the address and email above on or before 15th November 2024 at 5.00pm. There will be a Stakeholder meeting by the Committee on 15th November 2024 at Paskari Nabwana Hall from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
