Further to our advertisement dated 21st August, 2024 in the Daily Nation Newspaper, the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke and our website www.bungomaassembly.go.ke

1. CA/BGM/OT/01/2024/2025 - NEGOTIATION NO. 1636733, 1-2024/2025. PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR HONOURABLE MEMBERS AND STAFF

The County Assembly wishes to make the following clarifications:

1. Section III on Evaluation qualification criteria, preliminary evaluation no.10,For insurance companies, attach a membership certificate from association of Kenya(AKI), and for brokers attach a membership certificate from association of insurance brokers of Kenya(AIBK)

2. Technical evaluation criteria no.2, Annual medical gross premium has been reduced from Kshs 900,000,000 to Kshs 500,000,000. The County Assembly of Bungoma has extended closing date to Wednesday 4th September, 2024 at 11:30AM Local time.
