INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF MEMORANDA ON COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCE POLICIES

Article 196(1) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and Section 87 of the County Governments Act, 2012 provides for Public participation and involvement in the legislative and other business of the Assembly and its Committees.

In compliance with the above laws, the County Assembly Committee on Labour Relations, Member Services and Facilities invites members of the Public to submit written representations they may have on the aforementioned documents. The Policies and guidelines can be accessed from the County Assembly website at https://www.bungomaassembly.go.ke

Written memoranda may be forwarded to Clerk of the County Assembly, P.O Box 1886-50200 Bungoma; hand-delivered to the Office of the County Assembly Clerk, Main County Assembly Building, Bungoma, or emailed to info@bungomaassembly.go.ke ; to be received on or before Tuesday 2nd July, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. They can also be submitted via mail to: Clerk of the County Assembly P.O Box 1886-50200 BUNGOMA
